First 12K Race
Question:
Yesterdat I ran my first 12K race and it was an amazin experience. Sure it wasn’t a good time, but I was able to finish it. The thing is, my feet got to hot and by the end of the race I had "blisters" on my feet, this is not the first time I got them after I ran. I was wondering if somebody can help me out what can I do, I’ve tried different shoes and it keeps hapening. Is because of the shoes the socks? Thanks for your help doju

Well, what kind of shoes and socks are you wearing? It’s hard to tell if they are the problem without having more information. However, based on what you wrote, I’m guessing that you are wearing cotton socks. Cotton socks are a bad thing – get some running socks made from CoolMax. They sell them almost every where (even Wal-Mart), so you shouldn’t have trouble finding them. marisa
