Run Run Away

Question:

I tend to go from tights to running shorts without any intermediate length.   The latter don’t require (at least for me) underwear.  On longer runs I use body glide.

  I wear fresh cotton briefs underneath lycra shorts and change them immediately after every run. Never had any chaffing problems.
