Well, Here Goes!!
Question:
wahooo! good news that you didnt gain all that much. skull that water and it will go again in no time! good luck with the treadmill.. i personally hate those things! LMAO
– Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Okay… my first weigh-in for a few weeks, and despite not sticking to the plan, I have only gained 2lbs from the last time I weighed. This is great news to me, it sort of gives me a second chance to knuckle down and get losing again. I am off to Dublin on 22nd April, so before then I vow to lose (or try my hardest!) at least 2.5 pounds, which takes me to a mini-goal. Whos knows, maybe I will be able to lose a little more. Today, I took the plunge and ordered a treadmill!!!! Yay me. As some of you may know, I was going to the gym between 3 and 5 times a week… but it got to the point where I was forever waiting to use the treadmill there (they only had one!) and it was always breaking down anyway. So today I ordered one from my mail-order catalogue. It quite expensive, but I am paying it over quite a few weeks, and I will be paying *less* than I do know at the gym per week, *and* I get to own a treadmill at the end of it. So it will pay for itself. I will be able to use it *whenever* I like. I also ordered a set of dumbbells to keep up my upper body training. I can’t *wait* for it to come. I am so excited. — Debbi 208.5/177.5/175 (mini-goal #5) WW123 since Mon 9th August Lost so far: 31

Good for you Debbi! I love our treadmill. I really like to walk outside when the weather is good, but a lot of the time it isn’t., So down to the treadmill I go with a talking book And congratulations on the minimal gain. I’m sure we will see those numbers go down soon.

woah…good for you Debbi!! I would love to buy a treadmill and a crosstrainer machine but don’t have the space for them at the moment. there are 4 treadmills and 4 crosstrainers at my gym so usually I don’t have to wait, so guess I am ok for now. Susan 290.5/281/276.5(mini goal#1)

The treadmill is a great health investment! That was also how I explained the cost of my running shoes! But, it is absolutely true. Way to go….Debbi! I can hear the determination in your post! : ) Doe – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Okay… my first weigh-in for a few weeks, and despite not sticking to the plan, I have only gained 2lbs from the last time I weighed.
