Categories: running shoes

Question:

Try stretching exercies, before and after. Be sure to stretch the thighs.

Response:

If you changed shoes and now your back hurts, go back to your old style of shoes. -S- – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – I’ve been running for about two months, 3miles 3times a week, I average about 9-10 min. a mile.  I’ve recently developed a pain in my lower back while running.  The pain goes away after I have stopped for about 10 min. Should I be able to run thru this? I have fairly new running shoes and don’t know what is causing this.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?
