Change of season
Question:
u aint kidding ,,,, ran the otherday boy did my lungs burn ,,,, better get use to it plodzilla – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Anyone else looking forward to late fall and winter running? I just finished a 10 mile mountain trail run (at 9000 ft.) The trees are all changing and the trail was covered in colorful leaves. It smelled like fall and I loved it. It was also a bit cool. I saw 3 deer and a pheasant. Days like this keep me running. I was soooo ready for a change and it looks like mother-nature will provide one. Soon I can trade my shorts and tanks in for long-sleeves and running pants!
Cheers, Ryan
