Team Stick Sues Disney- press release
Question:
trademark infringement? We came across the phrase "Hakuna Matata" because of our efforts to bring Kenyan runners to America, to upgrade American running (even further),
I feel the whole lawsuit is frivolous and will not under any circumstance buy your products. I will also tell all my friends about your company! Happy Running!

I will also tell all my friends about your company! Happy Running! Why do you "feel" this lawsuit is frivolous. Manning provided you with concrete examples of how Team Stick’s business has been damaged by Disney’s unauthorized use of Team Stick’s trademark. IOW, you’re quite wrong. The suit has merit.
I agree whole-heartedly. If you don’t buy products from companies who file frivolous lawsuits, do you purchase Disney products? They are the kings of frivolity in the legal world. — JerryB Keep On Truckin’ Running, Zambonis, Employment, Sports and more… http://www.windsor.igs.net/~zamboni
