 trademark infringement?  We came across the phrase "Hakuna Matata" because of our efforts to bring Kenyan runners to America, to upgrade American running (even further),

I feel the whole lawsuit is frivolous and will not under any circumstance buy  your products. I will also tell all my friends about your company!   Happy  Running!
