Intro and Shoe Question

Categories: nike running shoes

Question:

Hello!  I have been lurking here for a few weeks now but have a question about a shoe. Introduction first:  My name is Kim, I live in Columbus, Ohio and I have been running off and on for about 10 years.  Not really as seriously and frequently as I’d like, but I try.  I have a 7 year old and a 1 year old and I work part time in my home. Now, my shoe question.  I love to run on trails, but right now in Ohio, they are pretty muddy.  I’m looking for a weatherproof running shoe and recently found the Nike Air Shasta. It’s a womens shoe and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience (good or bad) with it. Thanks! Kim C

I find the people at http://www.roadrunnersports.com are usually up on all the latest in running shoes so I just ask them questions like these.  Certainly people at a good local running store might also provide answers.  There are so many brands and models of shoe that it’s hard to say what might be best for you in this situation.  It’s important the shoe be right for you and also right for the kind of running. -S- – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Hello!  I have been lurking here for a few weeks now but have a question about a shoe.
