The best advice you can get for shoes is to go to a REAL running store.  Not a mall store or anything like that.  A store run by runners for runners. They will get you into the right shoe for you.

I have had exactly the same experience, however it turned out that it wasn’t the shoe shrinking… it was the arch of my foot dropping.  I would be very surprised if your Sauconeys are shrinking. John
